AT LAST WE’VE A DATE FOR OPENING UP OUR DOORS AGAIN

SATURDAY 4TH JULY

 There are going to be restrictions but you are all very welcome to join us for drinks and the opportunity to catch up with friends, from a distance of course! We don’t know if you are aware of government restrictions but here they are in short;

Parties of no more than six seated at tables, 1 metre apart, inside these must be from only two households. • Table service only, so we are here to wait on you hand and foot! • We will have to record names and telephone details of everyone in the party and keep these for 21 days. • Please telephone in advance to book a table. • No waiting areas so please arrive on time and we will seat you. • Unfortunately there will be no standing/sitting at the bar. • Hand sanitiser stations will be provided.

We know it’s going to be a difficult learning curve for us all so we will not be doing food for the first weekend to give us a chance to get this socially distancing regime right and keep everyone safe.

We have made the decision to not open the pub on Mondays and Tuesdays for the time being. Lunchtime food and drink service during the week will also not resume just yet but we will start food service on the evening of Wednesday 8th July.

There will be old menu favourites and some new ones to enjoy but the menu will be slimmed down to help suppliers catch up with demand and chefs to remember which end of the knife is sharp!

We can’t wait to see you all soon!

Best wishes, Tim and Kate.
